- "On Demand" has really screwed up my life. Not only
has it
allowed me to watch each damn episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm,
but it has also forced me to begin watching Entourage,
which is
the impetus behind my most recent
essay.

- I've gone through an old e-mail from my Father, reworked the
language, and split it nto two separate pieces: the first is based
on some of his memories of his own Father;
and the other is a very
short piece that contains a smattering of memories of his childhood.

- Last week, a House subcommittee voted to cut the federal
government's financial support for public broadcasting as part
of a two-year plan that would result in the elimination of all
federal funding for public broadcasting.
The whole thing pissed me off enough that I decided to write
about it.
